DVD About World War 2 Japanese Prison Internment

Announcing: A New DVD about Five Former Prisoners

For the first time, five Nisei (second generation Japanese Americans) together describe in a video, their life before, during and after their imprisonment in remote, desolate prison camps during World War II. The presentation with photographs, video clips, and discussions was held at the Japanese American National Museum in Los Angeles on September 24, 2016, to a sold-out audience. This is a memorable living history of what happened during this tragic period of American history, told by people who lived and survived the ordeal. This DVD includes a PowerPoint file of all slides shown at the event. All proceeds from sales will be forwarded to the non-profit museums at the Heart Mountain Wyoming and Topaz Utah prison sites.
